I received a Faulty Item! What will I do now?
If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to contact@thejhoomarstore.co.in along with your order number. If the item delivered to you is faulty or withers off in the first wash, we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us :) All we'd need would be a picture of the faulty item.
Why my order is not delivered on time?
We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. Our orders are delivered from our US or Chinese factory depending on the order demand and design. We usually process the order from our factory within 1-2 days of receiving it. And it takes up to 7-10 days by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. But, in some cases, it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can't accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused. We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you and let you know about its status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status. It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you :) Feel free to contact at contact@thejhoomarstore.co.in if you face any issues due to the delivery time. We'll be more than happy to assist you.
Wrong product received! What to do now?
If you've received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We've seen in most of the cases that the wrong size is selected by our customers when they place the order. In cases like those, please contact support so that we can guide you through the process of exchanges in this case. If you ordered the right size but still got the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment :) Just let us know with a picture of it, and we'll be there to get it done for you.
I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested
The orders can't be canceled after 24 hours of placing them because we usually ship them within 48 hours of receiving the order. Will you have more designs, styles, and products often? Yes, we will be releasing more styles and products weekly! Be sure to follow us on Twitter and enable notifications for sales and new arrivals!
Do you ship worldwide?
No, we only ship in India.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, the product handling time is 1-2 business days after purchase, and delivery will take around 7-10 business days. Shipment times vary per order, please bear with us. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!
May I get a tracking number?
Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-2 days). Email: contact@thejhoomarstore.co.in with your order number if you are missing a tracking number, and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.
Where can I track my order?

Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.
How can I pay?
We currently accept payment from Visa, American Express, Freecharge, Mastercard, Ola money, Paytm, RuPay, PayZapp, Mobikwik, and Airtel Money.
What happens if I type in the wrong address?
If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out, please email us at contact@thejhoomarstore.co.in, and we will change it to the correct address. If it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!
Taxes & Duties:
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties; that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
